StellarDash Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our platform strictly in accordance with your chosen subscription plan. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our data visualization engines.

As a provider based in Singapore, we adhere to stringent data protection standards. While we implement architecturally secure measures to protect your data integrations and predictive analytics models, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Prohibited Use
Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated systems to scrape data from StellarDash dashboards without prior written consent.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be handled through the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
